Common Assesslet Settings
The Common assesslet settings are properties shared among all assesslets. However, some of these settings only apply to specific assesslets. They are used to specify when an entry should be placed in the report and where, and under which conditions an assesslet should become active.
Using the Enabled/Disabled button, you can tell TPT not to execute an assesslet for any test case(s) or test case group(s). This way you avoid failed tests in the test results, due to incomplete or work in progress assesslets. A disabled assesslet is identified because its common assesslets settings section and its name appear dimmed. A [DISABLED]
tag is also placed behind the assesslet in the Assesslets view. The Common assesslet settings of a disabled assesslet cannot be edited.
The common assesslet settings dialog consist of the following sections:
- Report Section
- Comment
- Execution Context
- Precondition
- Time Context
- Variants
- Test Cases
- Using Namespaces
